This exciting ride takes just eight minutes to climb over 7000 feet, to reach the top of Sulphur Mountain.

Maligne Lake

Surrounded by towering glaciers, its possible to hire a kayak to appreciate the beauty of the area, or for the less adventurous a lake cruise is available. This is the ideal way to see Spirit Island, one of the most photographed places in the Rockies. Guides are usually on hand to recount the history of this mysterious location.

Two Jack Lake

This beautiful spot at the northern end of Lake Minnewanka is renowned for its spectacular multi-coloured sunsets. Pink and purple shades cross the sky, making for some attractive photographic opportunities. There are several natural and scenic hiking trails around the lake, and cross-country skiing is available in the winter season.
